It is time for a new challenge from the Retro Rubber Challenge Blog! Join us!

Hi, thanks for dropping by!  Today there is a new challenge over at the Retro Rubber Challenge Blog.  We know you are super busy this week, the holiday season is in full swing.  So this challenge is easy peasy, "anything goes"!  Fun right?  Just create a crafty project using a stamp one year old or older!  Any color, any theme, you name it!  Here is what I created for the challenge:

I am really into cityscape stamps.  This one I believe is an older stamp from Hero Arts.  I thought the touches of yellow and pink would be fun in contrast to the black and white.  I made the sentiment and sun with dies and cardstock.  I used a Copic marker in the windows.  Simple, quick and fun!  I'd love to see what you make, so  join us!  And be sure to revisit the Retro Rubber Challenge Blog a week from this coming Sunday to see the winner of the challenge!  Have a crafty day!

Retro Rubber Challenge Blog #27!

Hi there and thanks for stopping by!  It is time for The Retro Rubber Challenge Blog's Challenge 27!  This challenge is a color challenge.  Simply create a new crafty project using a stamp one year old or older, and the colors in the photo below.  Here is a copy of the challenge as well as a card I created for the challenge.  I used an older large background stamp that I own.  It was wood mounted, but I remounted it to use with my Misti stamping tool.  Also I used a new stamp set from My Favorite Things.  I love that adorable image and sentiment.  Then I added some fun metallic embellies.

So come join the fun over at the Retro Rubber Blog!  I'd love to see your creations.  And stop by a week from Sunday to see who won this particular challenge!  I entered my card in the challenge over at Simon Says Stamp, check it out!
