I pulled out a stamp set I have had forever and never used! I really love how the RR Blog gets me to use unused items! The set is by Paper Smooches and is called Great Chemistry. It has a date of 2011. I also used the coordinating dies.
I found some patterned paper by Recollections (blue stripes) for the background. I added a strip to a folded white invitation sized card. I rounded the edges. Using white cardstock I stamped and die cut the images. I colored them with Copic Markers. I took a piece of white cardstock, stamped the sentiment, and die cut it to create the framed edges. I cut the inside block slightly smaller than the frame.
I added the images to the white block using dimensional adhesive. Then I added the tied bow and sticky hearts from EK Success. I adhered the frame and white block to the card. Too fun!
It was so fun to create this card! Won't you join us this time? We would love to see your projects! Then come back and visit the Retro Rubber Blog on the Sunday after the challenge ends to learn the challenge winner! Best of luck!
